A sauna session offers relaxation and health benefits. Calm your mind. Expand your blood vessels for healthy circulation, which is good for your heart.

Recommended length of time to spend in a sauna is 15-20 minutes, not much time for a wealth of benefits. Try a sauna session after your spa appointment or on its own. Clean and dry skin is best for effective sweating to cleanse your pores. Don't forget to bring your sandals!
